USInstructions were unclear over theā¦ Instructions were unclear over the telephone. I called customer service to refill the prescription and the young lady did take all the information to place the order BUT then I was told that I would have to go ONLINE to make the payment. Went ONLINE pulled the order up and was asked to upload the prescription..even though there were Refills left..then the PAYMEnt..I uploaded the check photo..BUT it still reads online WAITING FOR CHECK. WAITING FOR PRESCRIPTION!! Went to CHAT and Anne told me it takes 24-48 hours to update system. IT should be in the INSTRUCTIONS that it takes that long. I wasted half and hour or more.
