Easy buying experience Saw the ad for the red-light therapy cap on my Facebook feed and was interested because I already use red-light for my arthritis pain and general wellbeing so why not in a cap for potential hair growth help? Ordered my cap on January 26, 2024, and received it yesterday, February 10, 2024. Not too bad. Only thing I didn't like was I never received a shipping notice or tracking number. I was going to email the company about my order and it just showed up in the mail so I didn't have to send the email.

Almost perfect The cap is fantastic, easy to use and I’ve seen significant improvement in my hair density in less than 90 days. The only sang was the lack of a user manual in the box- I had to search online for instructions. Not a dealbreaker, but an area for improvement. Otherwise, thrilled with the progress! Will update more about it soon.

6 months check in Has this product restored all the hair at my temples? Definitely not all, but perhaps around 60-70%. Is it helping me maintain and thicken the hair I still have? Absolutely, 100%. If you notice your hairline receding, I'd suggest getting this product immediately.

A Chinese company, NOT Scandinavian Everything is shipped from China and takes weeks, sometimes months to arrive. Customer 'support' repeatedly lied, claiming my order had been dispatched, when it clearly hadn't. They were just trying to gain time so that I don't cancel my order. Very dubious business practices. I placed my order 2 months ago and still haven't received all of it. What was received was of very poor quality and not what I expected from the high price point.

Product & Return Policy not as advertised. Received cap and product. Not as advertised. Same with the refund policy. Not as advertised. I have yet to find a customer service phone number. I have sent 4 email requests for a refund and all replies just explain how to use the product and how dedicated they are to my satisfaction, but no direction on how to return for a refund.
