Product & Return Policy not as advertised. Received cap and product. Not as advertised. Same with the refund policy. Not as advertised. I have yet to find a customer service phone number. I have sent 4 email requests for a refund and all replies just explain how to use the product and how dedicated they are to my satisfaction, but no direction on how to return for a refund.

Laser Cap grew back my hair after 4 months, so I keep using this now 3 days a week instead of 5 days a week to maintain my result. The amount of LED LIGHTS/LASERS in the cap is critical because the study of laser helmets said that 272 lights were needed to stimulate the hair follicles. This cap has 272 lights and is the most reasonably prices of units that have been made well!
