Try to return an unacceptable item and it took weeks before they respond. After getting the runaround, they decided to either give 50% refund and keep the unacceptable item or send the item back to Vietnam. The cost of shipping. The item back to them is more than the is worth. Would’ve been better off buying through Amazon. At least refunds in returns are easy and without question. This is not worth the aggravation.
