What went wrong is how you packaged… What went wrong is how you packaged this rug for shipment! Could you have folded it up any smaller and shove it in a small bag? No business should fold up a rug like you did to mine. It should have been shipped layed out flat so I don't have to try and remove all the creases you caused it. It's been lying flat and I've been doing my best to make it look presentable. Those creases will never smooth out. There are boxes the size of the rug which would have allowed it to not be folded up at all. I can promise you I'll never purchase another product from your company. The only thing I like is the product looks nice and would be perfect, if not for all the creases.

The experience with customer service… The experience with customer service was easy. I received the product in great condition. The Rug is soft and made up very well. I am happy with my order and would order through them again! Thank you

ITEM NEVER RECEIVED - NO SUPPORT OFFERED Do not purchase from this website. I purchased a rug and never received a receipt, my card was charged and item never arrived. Submitted a support ticket on their website which was never responded to. I emailed twice which was finally responded to but refused to help me without an order number from the receipt I never received. Would not look up order number with all of the other order information I provided them (name, address, order date at total, credit card number, etc.) Having to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Horrible customer service, horrible company.
