Now opened a complaint ticket and waiting to hear back. It’s funny how customers who give them a good review on here get a 20% off coupon from the company, but the customers with complaints basically get a 🖕🏼. Update****** Finally received my rug and it’s garbage. It’s not even a rug. It’s the type of pad you put down in the back of your SUV to set stuff on top of. The quality is horrible. Never again!!!
