GBOrdered rug 2 weeks ago Ordered rug 2 weeks ago. Payed extra for faster delivery minus processing time. Rug is still processing. How long does processing actually take. They sure processed my payment pretty quick. Emailed them, no response. Raised a support ticket, no response. I’m hoping that I just didn’t give away $200 plus dollars to this place. Still holding out hope, but not much after reading a few of these reviews.

GBOrdered a rug February 28th and it… Ordered a rug February 28th and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. Sent an email and got no response. Called their contact number and it went to a voicemail. Now opened a complaint ticket and waiting to hear back. It’s funny how customers who give them a good review on here get a 20% off coupon from the company, but the customers with complaints basically get a 🖕🏼. Update****** Finally received my rug and it’s garbage. It’s not even a rug. It’s the type of pad you put down in the back of your SUV to set stuff on top of. The quality is horrible. Never again!!!

GBPoor quality The rug I purchased did not look. anything like the rug y’all advertised online it was very poor cheap quality an then y’all kept almost all of my refund when resolving the matter I will never make a purchase from this company again an suggest no one else do

GBWorst company to deal with returns and… Worst company to deal with returns and refunds. No one ever answers the phone on the website and their branch office that they state is in California is not. Try to return an unacceptable item and it took weeks before they respond. After getting the runaround, they decided to either give 50% refund and keep the unacceptable item or send the item back to Vietnam. The cost of shipping. The item back to them is more than the is worth. Would’ve been better off buying through Amazon. At least refunds in returns are easy and without question. This is not worth the aggravation.

GBWhat went wrong is how you packaged… What went wrong is how you packaged this rug for shipment! Could you have folded it up any smaller and shove it in a small bag? No business should fold up a rug like you did to mine. It should have been shipped layed out flat so I don't have to try and remove all the creases you caused it. It's been lying flat and I've been doing my best to make it look presentable. Those creases will never smooth out. There are boxes the size of the rug which would have allowed it to not be folded up at all. I can promise you I'll never purchase another product from your company. The only thing I like is the product looks nice and would be perfect, if not for all the creases.
