I can get CPAP supplies through my medical provider that are covered by my insurance, but the company is a pain to deal with. With SleepDirect, I can order supplies and equipment without all the hassles and their prices are fair.

When I looked at my email I saw the mistake and called to try to get it changed before it actually shipped. The lady I talked to was so nice but said she wasn't sure she could get it changed. GBThese folks earned my lifelong business… These folks earned my lifelong business when they talked me out of buying one part from them and another that they didn't carry from the source, because I could save money on shipping by ordering them both from the other place. That kind of concern for MY well being and convenience has me ordering from them whenever possible.

GBI ordered the So Clean 2 and the… I ordered the So Clean 2 and the adapter lid for the AirSense 10 and it came on time (or a day early). Unfortunately, between the time it was ordered and the time it showed up, I learned that ResMed specifically states that using the So Clean with the machine voids the warranty. Since I also deal with insurance, I had to send it back without ever using it. That said, I was credited the purchase price (minus their restocking fee of around $25 total) quickly. The only reason I give 4 stars is the directions for returns are a little confusing. But Sleep Direct was right on top of things and I appreciate that.
