I am very pleased with my dealings with… I am very pleased with my dealings with Sleep Direct. My orders were easy to place, the needed prescriptions from my personal doctor were processed quickly, my supplies were shipped very fast and arrived on time as promised.

I ordered the So Clean 2 and the… I ordered the So Clean 2 and the adapter lid for the AirSense 10 and it came on time (or a day early). Unfortunately, between the time it was ordered and the time it showed up, I learned that ResMed specifically states that using the So Clean with the machine voids the warranty. Since I also deal with insurance, I had to send it back without ever using it. That said, I was credited the purchase price (minus their restocking fee of around $25 total) quickly. The only reason I give 4 stars is the directions for returns are a little confusing. But Sleep Direct was right on top of things and I appreciate that.

A great mask solution I was searching for a replacement full-face mask, after trying several different styles and brands that did not work well. SleepDirect had a great special price on the ResMed UltraMirage, so I was able to also get a replacement cushion. The staff was great and my order shipped next day. Very impressive!

Service Sleep direct gives excellent service and prompt service. I wish every place was like them !

Best evolution so far. I had the previous version of this gear and lasted me for a long while. The new gear really allows you to sleep not only on your back but on the sides as well, as the lateral tubes are stronger (without being uncomfortable) and do not collapse under the weight of your head. Best evolution so far.
