Honestly I never cleaned my parts… Honestly I never cleaned my parts everyday like recommended so having the Soclean has been a blessing. I can tell the difference of being cleaned daily vs not. The only thing that I do not like is that the adapter hose is made of rubber and I can't stand the smell. But oh well... I'll rather deal with the rubbery smell vs not being cleaned. I definitely highly recommend. And the greatest part is you can use your FSA/HSA account. 😃

When I looked at my email I saw the mistake and called to try to get it changed before it actually shipped. The lady I talked to was so nice but said she wasn't sure she could get it changed. I got my so clean And have no problem with it except for I cannot find paperwork to do the rebate that I was told I would get it, I have tried to call but cannot get anyone to answer.
