Impressed I have always been pleased with SleepDirect for my CPAP needs. I can get CPAP supplies through my medical provider that are covered by my insurance, but the company is a pain to deal with. With SleepDirect, I can order supplies and equipment without all the hassles and their prices are fair.

Transcend 3 Mini CPAP order I ordered a Transcend 3 Mini CPAP for travel. Ordering and confirmation of RX was uncomplicated and order arrived well packaged, undamaged, on time with free UPS delivery. Follow up questions I had were answered quickly and completely. I will definately utilize Sleep Direct for supplies when needed.

Positive experience to say the least! This is not a good company to deal with, it's a GREAT COMPANY to deal with, as their customer service is second to none! Products I purchased from SLEEPDIRECT are good, but receiving them rapidly with friendly and efficient service is a real treat these days. I absolutely hate dealing with CPAP/medical supply companies, until I found SLEEPDIRECT that is. These people really came through for me when I was in a life-size bind, and I can't say enough positive things about them.

This was my first experience with this… This was my first experience with this company. They were very responsive to my needs and went out of their way to accommodate my oxygen equipment needs. The Inogen One G4 with extra cannula has worked out really well for our family. It was delivered within 24 hours of ordering. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing a compassionate company ready to help

I ordered the So Clean 2 and the… I ordered the So Clean 2 and the adapter lid for the AirSense 10 and it came on time (or a day early). Unfortunately, between the time it was ordered and the time it showed up, I learned that ResMed specifically states that using the So Clean with the machine voids the warranty. Since I also deal with insurance, I had to send it back without ever using it. That said, I was credited the purchase price (minus their restocking fee of around $25 total) quickly. The only reason I give 4 stars is the directions for returns are a little confusing. But Sleep Direct was right on top of things and I appreciate that.
