USImproved customer service Spoke with Greg and he explained what was happening and apologized and not responding to my June email on the topic. I appreciated his willingness to listen and explain. Very poor customer service. Will not respond to inquiries about options since my Dream Station Go I purchased from them has been recalled. Philips recommends users contact their DME. I would like to know what I can use. They do not want to be bothered apparently even though they were happy to take my money!

USI ordered the So Clean 2 and the… I ordered the So Clean 2 and the adapter lid for the AirSense 10 and it came on time (or a day early). Unfortunately, between the time it was ordered and the time it showed up, I learned that ResMed specifically states that using the So Clean with the machine voids the warranty. Since I also deal with insurance, I had to send it back without ever using it. That said, I was credited the purchase price (minus their restocking fee of around $25 total) quickly. The only reason I give 4 stars is the directions for returns are a little confusing. But Sleep Direct was right on top of things and I appreciate that.

USThe products were right on point and… The products were right on point and are working great and as promised! Arrived earlier than expected which was a great plus!! Pricing was perfect I felt like I was asking for trouble BUT got great service instead!! Made me feel very important took the extra time to make my purchase easier than I could’ve imagined!!

USBest evolution so far. I had the previous version of this gear and lasted me for a long while. The new gear really allows you to sleep not only on your back but on the sides as well, as the lateral tubes are stronger (without being uncomfortable) and do not collapse under the weight of your head. Best evolution so far.
