I ordered the So Clean 2 and the… I ordered the So Clean 2 and the adapter lid for the AirSense 10 and it came on time (or a day early). Unfortunately, between the time it was ordered and the time it showed up, I learned that ResMed specifically states that using the So Clean with the machine voids the warranty. Since I also deal with insurance, I had to send it back without ever using it. That said, I was credited the purchase price (minus their restocking fee of around $25 total) quickly. The only reason I give 4 stars is the directions for returns are a little confusing. But Sleep Direct was right on top of things and I appreciate that.

Best evolution so far. I had the previous version of this gear and lasted me for a long while. The new gear really allows you to sleep not only on your back but on the sides as well, as the lateral tubes are stronger (without being uncomfortable) and do not collapse under the weight of your head. Best evolution so far.

I have tried to call your number and it… I have tried to call your number and it automatically hangs up on you. I got my so clean And have no problem with it except for I cannot find paperwork to do the rebate that I was told I would get it, I have tried to call but cannot get anyone to answer. Please send me information to get my $50 rebate that I was told I would get when I ordered the so clean machine. Thank you Theresa Agee
