There email communication skills are on point, you will always be in the loop whatever the scenario. The portal as well is such user friendly and very clear what you are being reimbursed etc... GBToo expensive / Misleading Too expensive. 18-25% for something that can be done by sellers themselves. They also claim that they would take care of everything, but that's not the case. All the invoice uploads and paper work still needs to be done the sellers, which is 95% of the work.

Everything went smoothly with our claims (we are a UK based brand) and the dashboard is really slick and overall easy to integrate for a non-tech person like myself. Highly recommend.

GBIt's been a month and a half and no… It's been a month and a half and no progress on our product restriction issues after promising during the sales process that this is one of their specialties. The communication from their team has been terrible. They seem backlogged so things are moving veeeery slowly...
