It Works!! I've heard about these services before but never used them myself. We've been doing a pretty good job getting reimbursements ourselves. But in the first month of service, we've already gotten back $30k and we have another $30k pending!

Off to a great start with Seller… Off to a great start with Seller Investigators. They immediately got us significant refunds for products we didn't even know were lost or damaged! Too expensive / Misleading Too expensive. 18-25% for something that can be done by sellers themselves. They also claim that they would take care of everything, but that's not the case. All the invoice uploads and paper work still needs to be done the sellers, which is 95% of the work.

Excellent communication and smooth process Great communication when asked for assistance, received a phone call from a locally based member of the team within the day (Patrick) and also excellent support from Gina. Everything went smoothly with our claims (we are a UK based brand) and the dashboard is really slick and overall easy to integrate for a non-tech person like myself. Highly recommend.
