It's been a month and a half and no… It's been a month and a half and no progress on our product restriction issues after promising during the sales process that this is one of their specialties. The communication from their team has been terrible. They seem backlogged so things are moving veeeery slowly...

I like the service and hands-off effort… I like the service and hands-off effort once you get the client signed up. The sign up process is not as smooth as it could be, but the last one seemed to have better instructions. Keep working on that part.
