GBExcellent communication and smooth process Great communication when asked for assistance, received a phone call from a locally based member of the team within the day (Patrick) and also excellent support from Gina. Everything went smoothly with our claims (we are a UK based brand) and the dashboard is really slick and overall easy to integrate for a non-tech person like myself. Highly recommend.

GBI like the service and hands-off effort… I like the service and hands-off effort once you get the client signed up. The sign up process is not as smooth as it could be, but the last one seemed to have better instructions. Keep working on that part.

GBToo expensive / Misleading Too expensive. 18-25% for something that can be done by sellers themselves. They also claim that they would take care of everything, but that's not the case. All the invoice uploads and paper work still needs to be done the sellers, which is 95% of the work.
