GBIt Works!! I've heard about these services before but never used them myself. We've been doing a pretty good job getting reimbursements ourselves. But in the first month of service, we've already gotten back $30k and we have another $30k pending!

GBI like the service and hands-off effort… I like the service and hands-off effort once you get the client signed up. The sign up process is not as smooth as it could be, but the last one seemed to have better instructions. Keep working on that part.

GBIt's been a month and a half and no… It's been a month and a half and no progress on our product restriction issues after promising during the sales process that this is one of their specialties. The communication from their team has been terrible. They seem backlogged so things are moving veeeery slowly...

There email communication skills are on point, you will always be in the loop whatever the scenario. The portal as well is such user friendly and very clear what you are being reimbursed etc...
