All I did was create the account, provide information and I'll be receiving money owed to me which I would have never seen again. Every rep has been helpful in getting it completed and I've already received some of what is owed back. Highly recommend their service.

Amazon frankly owed us thousands... Amazon frankly owed us 10's of thousands in fees from shipments we never tendered to pallets upon pallets of inventory lost in their fulfillment centers.
