There email communication skills are on point, you will always be in the loop whatever the scenario. The portal as well is such user friendly and very clear what you are being reimbursed etc... I built such a relationship with them that they are now friends of ours ! and this is great to know especially in this kind of industry. Thank you guys for such Amazing work !

Too bad the support sucks Absolutely awful support. They will ignore support emails for weeks. The service isn't bad but there are others out there which treat their customers with more respect.

Seller Investigators are terrific to deal with Seller Investigators has made the whole process of tracking and recovery of Amazon Shipments a breeze. We are a small family owned company Seller Investigators have been terrific to deal with. I wish we would have found their services earlier.

Too expensive / Misleading Too expensive. 18-25% for something that can be done by sellers themselves. They also claim that they would take care of everything, but that's not the case. All the invoice uploads and paper work still needs to be done the sellers, which is 95% of the work.

It's been a month and a half and no… It's been a month and a half and no progress on our product restriction issues after promising during the sales process that this is one of their specialties. The communication from their team has been terrible. They seem backlogged so things are moving veeeery slowly...
