I like the service and hands-off effort… I like the service and hands-off effort once you get the client signed up. The sign up process is not as smooth as it could be, but the last one seemed to have better instructions. Keep working on that part.

Too expensive / Misleading Too expensive. 18-25% for something that can be done by sellers themselves. They also claim that they would take care of everything, but that's not the case. All the invoice uploads and paper work still needs to be done the sellers, which is 95% of the work.

A Must For Amazon Sellers Great service, just one less thing I need to worry about. Recovered thousands of dollars with them. I teach people selling on amazon and all my students I recommend they get set up with Seller Investigators right from the start. Keep more money in your pocket!
