GBAmazon frankly owed us thousands... Amazon frankly owed us 10's of thousands in fees from shipments we never tendered to pallets upon pallets of inventory lost in their fulfillment centers. Seller Investigators recovered almost all of the value. The first 60 days was a windfall recovery. Frankly a gigantic amount... After that period they continue to recover hundreds per month taking only a fraction of the total recovered. Occasionally we must assist in the process with minor paperwork needed to process the claims but nothing major.
