Too expensive / Misleading Too expensive. 18-25% for something that can be done by sellers themselves. They also claim that they would take care of everything, but that's not the case. All the invoice uploads and paper work still needs to be done the sellers, which is 95% of the work.

Too bad the support sucks Absolutely awful support. They will ignore support emails for weeks. The service isn't bad but there are others out there which treat their customers with more respect.

Great company to work with Great company to work with. They find Amazon lost and damaged inventory, get refunds on mishandled items, and lost inbound shipments. I have seen them save thousands of dollars on a single account.

It's been a month and a half and no… It's been a month and a half and no progress on our product restriction issues after promising during the sales process that this is one of their specialties. The communication from their team has been terrible. They seem backlogged so things are moving veeeery slowly...
