Great Experience I have never heard about this kind of service . When they contacted me , i was confused . Before they were asking for some permissions on Amazon . But i took decision in the favour because they were not asking for any money in advance and permissions were very nominal . And took there services . They have recovered me good amount from Amazon , which i was even not aware of . So i am really very happy with the service . Thanks

Too expensive / Misleading Too expensive. 18-25% for something that can be done by sellers themselves. They also claim that they would take care of everything, but that's not the case. All the invoice uploads and paper work still needs to be done the sellers, which is 95% of the work.

So thankful for Seller Investigators! So thankful for Seller Investigators! Since activating with them we've seen a tremendous amount of recovery, and best of all without us doing a thing. It is a set-it-and-forget-it approach for us and thankfully they delivered. Highly recommend as a no brainer!
