AUToo bad the support sucks Absolutely awful support. They will ignore support emails for weeks. The service isn't bad but there are others out there which treat their customers with more respect.

GBGreat company to work with Great company to work with. They find Amazon lost and damaged inventory, get refunds on mishandled items, and lost inbound shipments. I have seen them save thousands of dollars on a single account.

GBToo expensive / Misleading Too expensive. 18-25% for something that can be done by sellers themselves. They also claim that they would take care of everything, but that's not the case. All the invoice uploads and paper work still needs to be done the sellers, which is 95% of the work.

GBSo glad I went with Seller Investigators This company makes it easy to get money owed to you. All I did was create the account, provide information and I'll be receiving money owed to me which I would have never seen again. Every rep has been helpful in getting it completed and I've already received some of what is owed back. Highly recommend their service.
