Soft and comfortable. Over the years, I've purchased several neck warmers from different companies. The fleece covering on the one from BioMed DB Design is soft and luxurious. The lavender scent is strong, which I like, but would recommend the unscented one for anyone who does not absolutely love the scent of lavender.

I was disappointed in the size that I… I was disappointed in the size that I ordered. I should have ordered an extra large instead of a large. I did not find much assistance on the website in trying to determine which size would be better. It ends up the pad does not extend further to my sides where I was hoping to be able to get heat too.

Great Customer Service & Product I ordered 9 of the Lavender Aromatherapy Neck Wraps as Christmas gifts for my friends. They all rave about them - smell wonderful and the heat is great after microwaving. I will say the lavender scent is strong when new but has faded to a good point. I needed these quickly for a gift exchange. After a quick email with customer service expressing my needs, Sharon went out of her way to ensure I received them in time. Comfortable especially if you have had cervical problems or fusion Of all of the neck pillows this has been the most versatile and comfortable. I can use both in the car, recliner and in bed. I particularly like the lavender scent that relaxes me too. My husband also uses it for his thoracic back that has fused and it allows it to support his neck in a position that gives greater support between the recliner top where he normally has a large space between the chair and his neck.
