I have never found a travel pillow … I have never found a travel pillow which worked well for me until I found this company. This is actually a second purchase because I sadly lost my first one in an airport. Communication from the company was excellent, and shipping was fast. I would highly recommend their product to anyone.

Great Customer Service & Product I ordered 9 of the Lavender Aromatherapy Neck Wraps as Christmas gifts for my friends. They all rave about them - smell wonderful and the heat is great after microwaving. I will say the lavender scent is strong when new but has faded to a good point. I needed these quickly for a gift exchange. After a quick email with customer service expressing my needs, Sharon went out of her way to ensure I received them in time. The personal customer service was great and very much appreciated!

Great Product/Poor Shipping Logistics Product works well, retains heat as advertised. Shipping was supposed to take 3 days but ended up being 8 (hurts more because I had to pay for it). Company needs to improve relations with shippers to guarantee delivery, regardless of the time of year or weather.

Makes such a difference in comfort This was my third Sunshine Pillow purchase. All three are being enjoyed by both my husband and I for neck relief and support of back, legs and arms. Not necessarily their intended uses in each case, but very comforting. Better than any other types we've tried.

I Love My Heating Pads! Recovery from shoulder surgery has been long and painful. Searching for heated wraps that ACTUALLY wrap and conform to the shoulder joint has been difficult, until I found this one. It is large enough to cover my entire shoulder. The tie is an additionally nice feature. I was so impressed with the quality that I purchased 4 more wraps, including the one that goes around the neck and down the back. Physical therapy is awakening every muscle in my back, as well as my shoulder, and this wrap really helps. I am very pleased with my products, as well as the service received.
