Exceptional product & attentive customer service The company's chiropractic pillow is exceptional. (I sleep with it, as well as travel with it.) I was concerned that it was being used both privately (in my home) and publicly (on planes); so I phoned the company to see if a slip cover might be available. I was disappointed in the size that I… I was disappointed in the size that I ordered. I should have ordered an extra large instead of a large. I did not find much assistance on the website in trying to determine which size would be better. It ends up the pad does not extend further to my sides where I was hoping to be able to get heat too.

Comfortable especially if you have had cervical problems or fusion Of all of the neck pillows this has been the most versatile and comfortable. I can use both in the car, recliner and in bed. I particularly like the lavender scent that relaxes me too. My husband also uses it for his thoracic back that has fused and it allows it to support his neck in a position that gives greater support between the recliner top where he normally has a large space between the chair and his neck.
