Chiropractic Insert may snag you at TSA checkpoints I recently bought the chiropractic neck pillow. The good news: I'm tall, so I followed the sizing instructions to the letter. The pillow fits well and is much more comfortable than my previous high-end, conventional neck pillow. The insert provides extra support if your head sticks above the height of the seat head rest, like mine. I've used it on short flights and flights longer than 15 hours. I managed to sleep well with my head in a number of positions. The bad news: So far, I've gotten snagged because of the support insert on 40% of the times that I've passed through TSA checkpoints. I haven't gotten a clear explanation about exactly why there is an issue, but it's clear that the blotch on the xray from the bag of rice is the problem. I haven't decided whether to abandon the pillow or try to figure out another support solution. I tried the pillow without the insert, but it doesn't have enough support if your head is above the seat head rest.

Comfortable especially if you have had cervical problems or fusion Of all of the neck pillows this has been the most versatile and comfortable. I can use both in the car, recliner and in bed. I particularly like the lavender scent that relaxes me too. My husband also uses it for his thoracic back that has fused and it allows it to support his neck in a position that gives greater support between the recliner top where he normally has a large space between the chair and his neck.

Heat Wrap I have fibromialgia and have had cervical fusion... that being said, the heat (and cold) wrap I purchased, is better than any other wrap or pad that I have or have ever had. I was hesitant to pay the extra few dollars, but with 3 day delivery, insured delivery, essential oils infused and the extra long size, it was a great decision.

Soft and comfortable. Over the years, I've purchased several neck warmers from different companies. The fleece covering on the one from BioMed DB Design is soft and luxurious. The lavender scent is strong, which I like, but would recommend the unscented one for anyone who does not absolutely love the scent of lavender.
