A real "Customer Service" Company I ordered the neck wrap after learning of the company through a radio advertisement. My wife had been looking for a similar item in all the local stores but came up empty. The website had the exact item she was looking for, I placed an order immediately. I received a confirmation email the next morning and received the wrap a few days later. Perfect in every respect!

Great Product/Poor Shipping Logistics Product works well, retains heat as advertised. Shipping was supposed to take 3 days but ended up being 8 (hurts more because I had to pay for it). Company needs to improve relations with shippers to guarantee delivery, regardless of the time of year or weather.

Chiropractic Insert may snag you at TSA checkpoints I recently bought the chiropractic neck pillow. The good news: I'm tall, so I followed the sizing instructions to the letter. The pillow fits well and is much more comfortable than my previous high-end, conventional neck pillow. The insert provides extra support if your head sticks above the height of the seat head rest, like mine. I've used it on short flights and flights longer than 15 hours. I managed to sleep well with my head in a number of positions. The bad news: So far, I've gotten snagged because of the support insert on 40% of the times that I've passed through TSA checkpoints. I haven't gotten a clear explanation about exactly why there is an issue, but it's clear that the blotch on the xray from the bag of rice is the problem. I haven't decided whether to abandon the pillow or try to figure out another support solution. I tried the pillow without the insert, but it doesn't have enough support if your head is above the seat head rest.

Best Travel pillow Love the pillow, especially since it holds your neck in place if you fall asleep traveling - no kink in your neck when you wake.
