Best company outside of hospital for health issue I’m on a Facebook group of those with sleep apnea and never thought I’d be happy my insurance didn’t cover my equipment and I bought from CPAP.com! Everyone has specialist and so on and many have problems even after a year or two or even more! I have zero and if I have question or issue I call CPAP.com for their recommendations and voila! Issue solved! Feel better then ever!

CPAP Upgrade I called CPAP.COM as the life of my machine indicated that it had been passed. I was fortunate enough to be connected with Korinne who not only understood what I requested but was able to recommend a solution that exactly met what I had described. In addition, she recommended an accessory that I did not know about but would really assist in the set-up that I would be using. She made the call productive and I am very happy with what I purchased.

Wonderful experience both online and… Wonderful experience both online and dealing with Daryl C. The online system was great but was a little slow with my prescription (as not a great copy). While waiting got on the phone with Daryl and he was able to see my prescription and OK it. Completed the order with him and my mask will be on way today via FEDEX ground. After several !!WEEKS!! dealing with a local CPAP supplier I decided to go the online route after checking with my insurance who told me I could be reimbursed for my online order.

When phone order did not work (safari on phone apparently invalidates the credit card numbers.), Jasmine took my order easily and pleasantly. Price & product met expectations. 1 other Issue: Website incorrectly stated that they could not take orders from Tennessee.
