GBI Wish This Had Been My First Call After a recent insurance and physician change, I was having more difficulty than should even be possible with getting CPAP re-supply. I have been fighting through nonsensical bureaucratic red tape for MONTHS trying to sort out some problems. I finally tried CPAP.com and finally got some actual help and resolution. Camyatta was extremely kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Also, the pricing with CPAP.com is better than competitors that have hideous service. I really wish she’d been my first call.

ILBest customer service!!! Great prices Great service Great feeling I have placed an order and wrongly used old address, this was notified after I got shipment notification mail. Jasmine, the great customer service took care of it with a smile and a kind approach. Immediately she told me, no worries we will fix it for u. They shipped another package with no extra charge and canceled previous one. Amazing customer service that be baseline for other companies as well. GBBest company outside of hospital for health issue I’m on a Facebook group of those with sleep apnea and never thought I’d be happy my insurance didn’t cover my equipment and I bought from CPAP.com! Everyone has specialist and so on and many have problems even after a year or two or even more! I have zero and if I have question or issue I call CPAP.com for their recommendations and voila! Issue solved! Feel better then ever!
