Thank you, Charlsie, for great customer service… I wish more customer service representatives were like Charlsie. She was professional, helpful, delightful, could see what my issue was with ordering on the website, and knew how to resolve it. Charlsie had to do some research and contact her management, but she called me back in less than an hour, was able get my order submitted, and made me a satisfied customer.

Wonderful experience both online and… Wonderful experience both online and dealing with Daryl C. The online system was great but was a little slow with my prescription (as not a great copy). While waiting got on the phone with Daryl and he was able to see my prescription and OK it. Completed the order with him and my mask will be on way today via FEDEX ground. After several !!WEEKS!! dealing with a local CPAP supplier I decided to go the online route after checking with my insurance who told me I could be reimbursed for my online order.

Best customer service!!! Great prices Great service Great feeling I have placed an order and wrongly used old address, this was notified after I got shipment notification mail. Jasmine, the great customer service took care of it with a smile and a kind approach. Immediately she told me, no worries we will fix it for u. They shipped another package with no extra charge and canceled previous one. Amazing customer service that be baseline for other companies as well. Thanks you, will definitely buy my supplies from CPAP.com only because of fair prices and great services.

Horrible return policy When I searched for my battery by model and manufacturer this website returned a link. My fault for not double-checking, but the product they returned on my search was for a different model. When the $100 charger was delivered I opened the plastic bag to find it does not fit. They will not accept a return because the plastic bag was torn. Very poor service. Do not buy without triple-checking what they claim to be the product you need. I expect an organization that is selling a very narrow product line to be experts and give expert service.
