GBNot happy today The website said you had black in stock, now I have to wait until March 10-15th before I receive my chair on back order. And that’s after changing the color to bronze because it will be in stock a week earlier. I’m having hand surgery March 2nd and won’t be able to set up my chair or put it together so I’m pretty irritated that it will be setting for 3 months until I can assemble it after my hand heals. Would of been nice having it to relax in while healing but not going to happen.

GBI had some purchase inquiry about Ogawa… I had some purchase inquiry about Ogawa MasterDrive massage chair. I sent several emails to Sarah at Ogawa Support and response to my emails were prompt. At the time of placing the order, I ran into some issues and Rick via Online chat was able to answer all my questions. Looking forward to the delivery of the massage chair.

GBI couldn't have asked for a better… I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the company was informative when the item I ordered was unavailable was contacted immediately. The chair we got blew our own expectations my wife and I have been in and out of the chair all evening it is just simply amazing. Whom ever says these chairs are a gimmick and dont work doesn't own one. I couldn't be more pleased and feel it was money well spent. Thank you Ogawa for making this and awesome all around experience!!!!! This is our new forever chair!!!!!!

GBGreat Rep in Rick This is Dec 31st so they are closed for the holiday and I have yet to make my purchase it is only now a matter of formality. Rick worked with me past his scheduled hours and then again from home through email afterwards. He was most helpful in answering each and every question in helping me make an informed decision. I'm sure I ranked right up there with the most.
