Outstanding order experience I have been hearing about ogawa chairs for a while. Finally decided to take the plunge. Started chatting with Rick. It's a big ticket item, but Rick was extremely professional and helpful in putting my mind at ease. He stayed with us the whole time we were placing the order online. Really can't say enough about the ease of the order experience so far. Looking forward to our new and, I am sure, wonderful massage chair.

Just ordered Ogawa 3D Smartt chair … Just ordered Ogawa 3D Smartt chair today after extensive research. I found a deal on another site but wanted to buy it directly from Ogawa hence contacted them.
