I couldn't have asked for a better… I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the company was informative when the item I ordered was unavailable was contacted immediately. The chair we got blew our own expectations my wife and I have been in and out of the chair all evening it is just simply amazing. Whom ever says these chairs are a gimmick and dont work doesn't own one. I couldn't be more pleased and feel it was money well spent. Thank you Ogawa for making this and awesome all around experience!!!!! This is our new forever chair!!!!!!

Great Rep in Rick This is Dec 31st so they are closed for the holiday and I have yet to make my purchase it is only now a matter of formality. Rick worked with me past his scheduled hours and then again from home through email afterwards. He was most helpful in answering each and every question in helping me make an informed decision. I'm sure I ranked right up there with the most. I am looking forward to working with him again Jan 2nd when he returns to work in finalizing my purchase of the Active L utilizing Ogawa's 36 month interest free credit. Some info was unclear as I went through … Some info was unclear as I went through the CHAT process to buy. Had questions later and unable to reach rep. In retrospect I should have spoken to a person on the phone. Unfortunately most phone reps speak to quickly and are difficult to understand due to foreign dialects. I was treated well by the rep but there were longer pauses on the CHAT text. Overall I was satisfied with the experience.
