Some info was unclear as I went through … Some info was unclear as I went through the CHAT process to buy. Had questions later and unable to reach rep. In retrospect I should have spoken to a person on the phone. Unfortunately most phone reps speak to quickly and are difficult to understand due to foreign dialects. I was treated well by the rep but there were longer pauses on the CHAT text. Overall I was satisfied with the experience.

Outstanding order experience I have been hearing about ogawa chairs for a while. Finally decided to take the plunge. Started chatting with Rick. It's a big ticket item, but Rick was extremely professional and helpful in putting my mind at ease. He stayed with us the whole time we were placing the order online. Really can't say enough about the ease of the order experience so far. Looking forward to our new and, I am sure, wonderful massage chair.

I couldn't have asked for a better… I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the company was informative when the item I ordered was unavailable was contacted immediately. The chair we got blew our own expectations my wife and I have been in and out of the chair all evening it is just simply amazing. Whom ever says these chairs are a gimmick and dont work doesn't own one. I couldn't be more pleased and feel it was money well spent. They listen to our needs and make recommendation for models that are best fit.
