Great Rep in Rick This is Dec 31st so they are closed for the holiday and I have yet to make my purchase it is only now a matter of formality. Rick worked with me past his scheduled hours and then again from home through email afterwards. He was most helpful in answering each and every question in helping me make an informed decision. Rick was phenomenal during the hold.... Rick was phenomenal during the hold buying process. He promptly returned all my calls, even though I had arranged to purchase elsewhere. Knowing this, Rick even negotiated on my behalf. Absolutely no pressure, pure professionalism. Once I decided to order, Rick followed with an email with a personal touch and Sarah kept me apprised of my shipments movement. The time-frame for the arrival of my massage chair was just as I was told, and without delay.

Not happy today The website said you had black in stock, now I have to wait until March 10-15th before I receive my chair on back order. And that’s after changing the color to bronze because it will be in stock a week earlier. I’m having hand surgery March 2nd and won’t be able to set up my chair or put it together so I’m pretty irritated that it will be setting for 3 months until I can assemble it after my hand heals. Would of been nice having it to relax in while healing but not going to happen.
