At the time of placing the order, I ran into some issues and Rick via Online chat was able to answer all my questions. Looking forward to the delivery of the massage chair.

GBI couldn't have asked for a better… I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the company was informative when the item I ordered was unavailable was contacted immediately. The chair we got blew our own expectations my wife and I have been in and out of the chair all evening it is just simply amazing. Whom ever says these chairs are a gimmick and dont work doesn't own one. I couldn't be more pleased and feel it was money well spent. Thank you Ogawa for making this and awesome all around experience!!!!! This is our new forever chair!!!!!!

GBOutstanding order experience I have been hearing about ogawa chairs for a while. Finally decided to take the plunge. Started chatting with Rick. It's a big ticket item, but Rick was extremely professional and helpful in putting my mind at ease. He stayed with us the whole time we were placing the order online. Really can't say enough about the ease of the order experience so far. Looking forward to our new and, I am sure, wonderful massage chair.
