Outstanding order experience I have been hearing about ogawa chairs for a while. Finally decided to take the plunge. Started chatting with Rick. It's a big ticket item, but Rick was extremely professional and helpful in putting my mind at ease. He stayed with us the whole time we were placing the order online. The chair we got blew our own expectations my wife and I have been in and out of the chair all evening it is just simply amazing.
