I couldn't have asked for a better… I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the company was informative when the item I ordered was unavailable was contacted immediately. The chair we got blew our own expectations my wife and I have been in and out of the chair all evening it is just simply amazing. Whom ever says these chairs are a gimmick and dont work doesn't own one. I couldn't be more pleased and feel it was money well spent. Thank you Ogawa for making this and awesome all around experience!!!!! This is our new forever chair!!!!!!

The ordering process was very easy The ordering process was very easy, the sales person was really friendly and he helped me a lot by explaining the difference between the different brands that I was looking into. However I am still waiting for my shipment, because there’s a delay and so I had to reschedule sometime next week. So I think Shipping ship be improved. Not happy today The website said you had black in stock, now I have to wait until March 10-15th before I receive my chair on back order. And that’s after changing the color to bronze because it will be in stock a week earlier. I’m having hand surgery March 2nd and won’t be able to set up my chair or put it together so I’m pretty irritated that it will be setting for 3 months until I can assemble it after my hand heals. Would of been nice having it to relax in while healing but not going to happen.
