Outstanding order experience I have been hearing about ogawa chairs for a while. Finally decided to take the plunge. Started chatting with Rick. It's a big ticket item, but Rick was extremely professional and helpful in putting my mind at ease. He stayed with us the whole time we were placing the order online. Really can't say enough about the ease of the order experience so far. Looking forward to our new and, I am sure, wonderful massage chair.

Great Rep in Rick This is Dec 31st so they are closed for the holiday and I have yet to make my purchase it is only now a matter of formality. Rick worked with me past his scheduled hours and then again from home through email afterwards. He was most helpful in answering each and every question in helping me make an informed decision. I'm sure I ranked right up there with the most. They listen to our needs and make recommendation for models that are best fit. Amazing customer support! Amazing customer support!! I had an issue with the delivery company not being able to put together my chair and Ogawa resolved the issue same day, providing me a refund for the Assembly charge. Great experience!!!
