Just ordered Ogawa 3D Smartt chair … Just ordered Ogawa 3D Smartt chair today after extensive research. I found a deal on another site but wanted to buy it directly from Ogawa hence contacted them. I was lucky to get through to Rick who truly went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. He answered all my outstanding questions and ensured I received the best deal possible. So far it has been an extremely positive experience. Can't wait to receive my chair.

The chair we got blew our own expectations my wife and I have been in and out of the chair all evening it is just simply amazing. Whom ever says these chairs are a gimmick and dont work doesn't own one. I couldn't be more pleased and feel it was money well spent. The ordering process was very easy The ordering process was very easy, the sales person was really friendly and he helped me a lot by explaining the difference between the different brands that I was looking into. However I am still waiting for my shipment, because there’s a delay and so I had to reschedule sometime next week. So I think Shipping ship be improved.
