Great Rep in Rick This is Dec 31st so they are closed for the holiday and I have yet to make my purchase it is only now a matter of formality. Rick worked with me past his scheduled hours and then again from home through email afterwards. He was most helpful in answering each and every question in helping me make an informed decision. Not happy today The website said you had black in stock, now I have to wait until March 10-15th before I receive my chair on back order. And that’s after changing the color to bronze because it will be in stock a week earlier. I’m having hand surgery March 2nd and won’t be able to set up my chair or put it together so I’m pretty irritated that it will be setting for 3 months until I can assemble it after my hand heals. Would of been nice having it to relax in while healing but not going to happen.

Outstanding order experience I have been hearing about ogawa chairs for a while. Finally decided to take the plunge. Started chatting with Rick. It's a big ticket item, but Rick was extremely professional and helpful in putting my mind at ease. He stayed with us the whole time we were placing the order online.
