Dear Customer
USI have greatly benefited from the Coach's encouragement and guidance I have greatly benefited from the program so far. The coach has provided me consistent feedback and useful information throughout. It has motivated me to adhere to my assigned tasks in a structured manner. I find that the guidance was very valuable to overcome my persistent back pain and I can now enjoy even some strenuous outdoor activity (i.e. golf) at times. I'm in a much better condition due my participation in the program. Thanks.

USOverpriced for what you get The sign-up process is a little misleading. The moment you create an account you start getting billed, so be ready to jump right in the moment you click the link. The video exercises are no different than what you can find on YouTube. The daily "diary" (you list your hours of sleep, amount of water you drank, how many servings of veggies you ate, and which exercises you did) doesn't really help. It's a good practice, but I can do that for free on my own. If you are willing to use the chat/instant messaging feature back and forth with the PT doc every single day and ask questions and engage constantly to insist on getting more out of the service, then maybe it's worth the time and the cost. Otherwise all you get is "how are you feeling today?" and "great job, keep up the good work." Overall I think this service is expensive for what you get, and what you get is not particularly helpful. How about a weekly Zoom video call with the PT doc? I think there's lots of room for this company to make positive changes and offer a genuinely good online service. A pandemic is the perfect time to re-evaluate the business model going forward.

USHelpful program - with caveats My coach was excellent - knowledgable, compassionate, and flexible. She also stayed in touch on a daily basis. My only concern with this program is my overall concern with video - a physical condition will always benefit from in-person consultation. A therapist pressing in a certain area or feeling the restraint on specific joints/muscles will always be more informative than anything I might report online. Also, even paying rapt attention to a video, I might be missing some of the finer points and thereby not doing the exercises optimally.

USI had great contact with my support… I had great contact with my support person. Always checking in with how I am doing, to giving me exercises and advise on what things I should be doing to strengthen my feet.
