Great place to get some help with your back. It was great to daily, if you wanted, be accountable for your exercises. The exercises were all appropriate and the PT gave some alternative moves to ones that I had trouble with. I was going to PT at the same time and I liked having different exercises to try out. Of course, I was lucky to have the hands on PT in my town too. My questions were always answered.

Cheryl has been awesome with keeping me… Cheryl has been awesome with keeping me on track. She is excellent - give her a raise! I only wish that other exercises that I do outside of the list that was given to me, could be added when I do my daily report.

It feels like someone is checking up on… It feels like someone is checking up on me. Like they care about how I am doing.

I absolutely love this I absolutely love this. Cheryl Wolpert is the best. She helps me with exercises and anytime I have any questions or concerns she is always there to help and tell me exactly what I need. I would recommend her along with this app to any one of my friends or family members

Overpriced for what you get The sign-up process is a little misleading. The moment you create an account you start getting billed, so be ready to jump right in the moment you click the link. The video exercises are no different than what you can find on YouTube. The daily "diary" (you list your hours of sleep, amount of water you drank, how many servings of veggies you ate, and which exercises you did) doesn't really help. It's a good practice, but I can do that for free on my own. If you are willing to use the chat/instant messaging feature back and forth with the PT doc every single day and ask questions and engage constantly to insist on getting more out of the service, then maybe it's worth the time and the cost. Otherwise all you get is "how are you feeling today?" and "great job, keep up the good work." Overall I think this service is expensive for what you get, and what you get is not particularly helpful. How about a weekly Zoom video call with the PT doc? I think there's lots of room for this company to make positive changes and offer a genuinely good online service. A pandemic is the perfect time to re-evaluate the business model going forward.
