GBAngela Lee has been very supportive and… Angela Lee has been very supportive and encouraging along the way. She helped me with the special exercises for strengthening my back using video instructions / demos. Her almost daily check in is a great reminder to stick to the exercise regiment and do whatever I can to continue with the program. I recommend warmly this site and program.

GBHelpful program - with caveats My coach was excellent - knowledgable, compassionate, and flexible. She also stayed in touch on a daily basis. My only concern with this program is my overall concern with video - a physical condition will always benefit from in-person consultation. A therapist pressing in a certain area or feeling the restraint on specific joints/muscles will always be more informative than anything I might report online. Also, even paying rapt attention to a video, I might be missing some of the finer points and thereby not doing the exercises optimally.

GBFirst First, I like the videos to refer back to so I know I am doing the exercises correctly. I find that the daily check ins help to keep me motivated on not only my exercises but to be present and accountable for what I am eating, sleeping and the amount of water I drink each day. It has been a pleasure to work with my PT Angela! She helped me adapt my exercises to help me manage my chronic pain. She has also been very kind and supportive. I feel better, move more and have dropped down a size in clothing because of my mostly consistent use of Health Outcome over the past five months.

GBOverpriced for what you get The sign-up process is a little misleading. The moment you create an account you start getting billed, so be ready to jump right in the moment you click the link. The video exercises are no different than what you can find on YouTube. The daily "diary" (you list your hours of sleep, amount of water you drank, how many servings of veggies you ate, and which exercises you did) doesn't really help. It's a good practice, but I can do that for free on my own. If you are willing to use the chat/instant messaging feature back and forth with the PT doc every single day and ask questions and engage constantly to insist on getting more out of the service, then maybe it's worth the time and the cost. Otherwise all you get is "how are you feeling today?" and "great job, keep up the good work." Overall I think this service is expensive for what you get, and what you get is not particularly helpful. How about a weekly Zoom video call with the PT doc? I think there's lots of room for this company to make positive changes and offer a genuinely good online service. A pandemic is the perfect time to re-evaluate the business model going forward.

GBI had great contact with my support… I had great contact with my support person. Always checking in with how I am doing, to giving me exercises and advise on what things I should be doing to strengthen my feet.
