GBHelpful program - with caveats My coach was excellent - knowledgable, compassionate, and flexible. She also stayed in touch on a daily basis. My only concern with this program is my overall concern with video - a physical condition will always benefit from in-person consultation. A therapist pressing in a certain area or feeling the restraint on specific joints/muscles will always be more informative than anything I might report online. Also, even paying rapt attention to a video, I might be missing some of the finer points and thereby not doing the exercises optimally.

GBI absolutely love this I absolutely love this. Cheryl Wolpert is the best. She helps me with exercises and anytime I have any questions or concerns she is always there to help and tell me exactly what I need. I would recommend her along with this app to any one of my friends or family members

GBGreat place to get some help with your back. It was great to daily, if you wanted, be accountable for your exercises. The exercises were all appropriate and the PT gave some alternative moves to ones that I had trouble with. I was going to PT at the same time and I liked having different exercises to try out. Of course, I was lucky to have the hands on PT in my town too. My questions were always answered.

GBI have been very happy I have been very happy with the interaction and help that I have received from Cheryl, the online PT that has helped guide me through some painful injuries. Besides having knee issues, I have been dealing with IT band, hip and achilles tendinitis for over a year and Cheryl has sent me some videos to help ease some of my pain and stiffness to help get me moving better. She even guided me with some other exercises while I was seeing a PT that my dr ordered. Between seeing my own PT and Cheryl I am feeling a lot better than I did before, so thank you for offering this service.

GBOverpriced for what you get The sign-up process is a little misleading. The moment you create an account you start getting billed, so be ready to jump right in the moment you click the link. The video exercises are no different than what you can find on YouTube. The daily "diary" (you list your hours of sleep, amount of water you drank, how many servings of veggies you ate, and which exercises you did) doesn't really help. It's a good practice, but I can do that for free on my own. If you are willing to use the chat/instant messaging feature back and forth with the PT doc every single day and ask questions and engage constantly to insist on getting more out of the service, then maybe it's worth the time and the cost. Otherwise all you get is "how are you feeling today?" and "great job, keep up the good work." Overall I think this service is expensive for what you get, and what you get is not particularly helpful. How about a weekly Zoom video call with the PT doc? I think there's lots of room for this company to make positive changes and offer a genuinely good online service. A pandemic is the perfect time to re-evaluate the business model going forward.
