USGreat place to get some help with your back. It was great to daily, if you wanted, be accountable for your exercises. The exercises were all appropriate and the PT gave some alternative moves to ones that I had trouble with. I was going to PT at the same time and I liked having different exercises to try out. Of course, I was lucky to have the hands on PT in my town too. My questions were always answered.

USGreat motivation! This has been a great service and good source of motivation to be doing the exercises prescribed for my back pain. My pain is greatly reduced and my back and surrounding area is now a lot stronger thanks to these exercises.

USMy coach has been great My coach has been great! Tessy helped me with exercises and other information to heal the pain from plantar fasciitis. Then when I injured my back at work she gave me advice on how to get it feeling better as well.

USAngela was wonderful Angela was wonderful. She gave me many good ideas. I don't think there is much hope of improvement with my condition. I have good days and bad, depending on my activity.
