Their customer service is great. They answer all your questions with valid answers, not stock boilerplate excuses. Their products are fresh and TOP quality. Best Quality Caping Machines They were very prompt with delivery no delays and arrived sooner than I expected. I was delighted with the merchandise I received. The capping machines are prcision made and makes a former very labor intensive job very manageable.

Beware...they take your $$ this is a scam company I placed an order for their Capsule-It capsule filler machine and a 1000 size "00" capsules. After paying, i waited for a confirmation, yet none was sent. I've emailed the company several times asking for a confirmation, they never respond to emails or phone calls. The owners of Herb Affair, will happily take your money, and refuse to ship any product. Total scam!! All of these positive 5 star posts must be fake and written by the 3 owners. Beware!
