Today I made a mistake and purchased a digital book twice and they answered me right away and refunded my mistake without any problem. So thankful. I will be purchasing more items in the future.

I wish I had read all of the reviews… I wish I had read all of the reviews before ordering. They fail to provide a tracking number and when you ask for one, you’ll get an automated message saying the order is “unfulfilled”. I then asked to cancel my order and was told they could not cancel it. Since so many folk are having the same trouble, I will be contacting the Ohio attorney generals office to file a complaint .
