GBI wish I had read all of the reviews… I wish I had read all of the reviews before ordering. They fail to provide a tracking number and when you ask for one, you’ll get an automated message saying the order is “unfulfilled”. I then asked to cancel my order and was told they could not cancel it. Since so many folk are having the same trouble, I will be contacting the Ohio attorney generals office to file a complaint .

GBWonderful Customer Service I purchased a few products twice and both times I received my order right away. Today I made a mistake and purchased a digital book twice and they answered me right away and refunded my mistake without any problem. So thankful. I will be purchasing more items in the future.

GBI accidentally ordered the wrong size… I accidentally ordered the wrong size capsule maker. Customer Support was so helpful. They made the exchange extremely easy for me and kept me updated the entire time. Highly recommend you check them out

GBBeware...they take your $$ this is a scam company I placed an order for their Capsule-It capsule filler machine and a 1000 size "00" capsules. After paying, i waited for a confirmation, yet none was sent. I've emailed the company several times asking for a confirmation, they never respond to emails or phone calls. The owners of Herb Affair, will happily take your money, and refuse to ship any product. Total scam!! All of these positive 5 star posts must be fake and written by the 3 owners. Beware! I found a similar Capule-it product at temu.com
