USI arrived to my appointment on time I arrived to my appointment on time. I was not sent a covid questionnaire before my visit. I was told, I had to complete the questionnaire before getting my facial, but I was not told the time I used to complete the questionnaire was being deducted from my appointment. When I was ready for my facial, I was told I only had 20 minutes. The woman that did my facial did not do the power peel. She rubbed some cream on my face missing much areas of my face and wiped it off with tissue. I feel I was robbed. Poor customer service. And so 😡 upset, I did not say anything to anyone and did not leave a tip and just do not want to go back to complete the package deal I purchased.
