The experience was amazing The experience was amazing. I had my first deep tissue massage by a male masseur named Angelo and he didn't make me feel uncomfortable. He did a thorough job getting all my trouble areas. I definitely recommend this Spa and Angelo

WORST waxing experience of my life!!! To begin with, my appointment was postponed 15 minutes, and when I arrived there I waited an additional 15 minutes. Used the toilet: no toilet paper and no paper towels. Then, the icing on the cake: worst waxing experience ever! Not only my esthetician did a terrible job, she was also extremely rude to me. She pretty much did not say a word to me for the entire time (and there was no ambiance music, so kind of awkward...), but when she finished I noticed patches of hair left behind pretty much all over my legs (I took pictures, so I can prove it), and when I asked her to remove it, she literally told me "Honey, we already went trough 2 cans of wax, the wax is finished, if you need a touch up book another appointment". Give yourself a favor: avoid this place.

Yae is the best lady for massage in… Yae is the best lady for massage in Skin Spa New York. She is always busy in the massage of different customers that is why before going there I always booked her in advance. The massage of other staff members is also good but I got satisfied with the massage of Yael. Love you Yael.

I loved my facial and peel. I love it!!! I have never ever received the facial I received on Wednesday October 4th. I believe her name is Bianca, She walked me through every step of the facial, let me know that my skin is oily and gave me wonderful advice on taking care of my face. When I left my face was so clean and beautiful. I will return.

First hydrafacial I was a little nervous to have my first ever facial but the manager, Chelsea, walked me through the whole process. We discussed different options and I decided to go with the hydrafacial at their E 56th St location since I was having a bad breakout. I was kind of skeptical before I got it done but now my skin looks amazing. I’ve already scheduled another for next month.
