GBI purchased a spray tan at their… I purchased a spray tan at their flatiron location and booked it for last saturday. I get a call the Thursday before telling me that they don't offer spray Tans at that location. I understand mistakes happen, so I ask them to please refund me for the spray tan as I can't use it. They tell me that they have a no refund policy and I will have to use it for another service. Apparently they are reaching out to corporate to see if I can get a refund but I'm positive no one is doing anything and I just lost $80. Its been over a week and I've heard nothing. Terrible.

GBThe experience was amazing The experience was amazing. I had my first deep tissue massage by a male masseur named Angelo and he didn't make me feel uncomfortable. He did a thorough job getting all my trouble areas. I definitely recommend this Spa and Angelo

GBAlisa in Soho is amazing Alisa in Soho is amazing. Reallt the whole team here is wonderful. I’m constantly recommending Skin Spa to friends and anylne that’ll listen! The services are great and Alisa is always so informative. I imagine I’ll continue to book appointments for every and anything else long after my laser hair removal treatments are complete.
