Every time Every time, accomodating for my wheelchair also which was very good.

I arrived to my appointment on time I arrived to my appointment on time. I was not sent a covid questionnaire before my visit. I was told, I had to complete the questionnaire before getting my facial, but I was not told the time I used to complete the questionnaire was being deducted from my appointment. When I was ready for my facial, I was told I only had 20 minutes. The woman that did my facial did not do the power peel. She rubbed some cream on my face missing much areas of my face and wiped it off with tissue. I feel I was robbed. Poor customer service. And so 😡 upset, I did not say anything to anyone and did not leave a tip and just do not want to go back to complete the package deal I purchased.

WORST waxing experience of my life!!! To begin with, my appointment was postponed 15 minutes, and when I arrived there I waited an additional 15 minutes. Used the toilet: no toilet paper and no paper towels. Then, the icing on the cake: worst waxing experience ever! Not only my esthetician did a terrible job, she was also extremely rude to me. She pretty much did not say a word to me for the entire time (and there was no ambiance music, so kind of awkward...), but when she finished I noticed patches of hair left behind pretty much all over my legs (I took pictures, so I can prove it), and when I asked her to remove it, she literally told me "Honey, we already went trough 2 cans of wax, the wax is finished, if you need a touch up book another appointment". Give yourself a favor: avoid this place.

Boston Skin Spa is the best! My favorite Skin Spa location is the Boston one! Everyone at the front desk is accomodating, sweet, friendly, and understanding! They make every guest feel like a VIP! Jovanie is my favorite esthetician and really loves her job and cares about her clients. Plus you can't beat their package deals and monthly memberships.
