GBI had a great experience at Skin Spa I had a great experience at Skin Spa. The people at the front desk were very kind in getting my appt set up and greeting me upon arrival. They made a mistake with my appt and they offered me a complimentary massage. I had Melody as my esthetician and she was great. I originally plabbed to get microdermabrasion done but she recommended a chemical peel to get the results I wanted and I am hlad that she did.

GBGreats service Greats service, although I was told Groupon deals are only for first time customers. I use Groupon to take advantage of greats savings at 5 star places such as Skin Spa, but I can’t afford to go back multiple times on default prices services. Please consider changing this rule for people looking to save can still take advantage of exceptional beauty services offered. Thanks!

GBI arrived to my appointment on time I arrived to my appointment on time. I was not sent a covid questionnaire before my visit. I was told, I had to complete the questionnaire before getting my facial, but I was not told the time I used to complete the questionnaire was being deducted from my appointment. When I was ready for my facial, I was told I only had 20 minutes. The woman that did my facial did not do the power peel. She rubbed some cream on my face missing much areas of my face and wiped it off with tissue. I feel I was robbed. Poor customer service. And so 😡 upset, I did not say anything to anyone and did not leave a tip and just do not want to go back to complete the package deal I purchased.

GBI purchased a spray tan at their… I purchased a spray tan at their flatiron location and booked it for last saturday. I get a call the Thursday before telling me that they don't offer spray Tans at that location. I understand mistakes happen, so I ask them to please refund me for the spray tan as I can't use it. They tell me that they have a no refund policy and I will have to use it for another service. Apparently they are reaching out to corporate to see if I can get a refund but I'm positive no one is doing anything and I just lost $80. Its been over a week and I've heard nothing. Terrible.
