GBBUYER BEWARE! I am very disappointed in this company. After trying their starter bundle product, my husband and I were unsatisfied. We were experiencing a burning sensation with 2 of the 3 products tried. Seeing as these products were being used close to our eyes we decided it wasnt for us. I called customer service to start a return and request a refund. Instead I was forced to hear a sales pitch 3 times. I could tell in her voice she was irritated that I didnt want to accept any of her offers. After my frustration grew, I continued to ask for the return authorization code. The lady was clearly pissed off I turned down all her offers but begrudgingly gave me the code. She was very vague on the instructions to return. I followed the steps I was told, simply writing this return code on my original packing slip. I received the refund a couple of weeks after. Their products are sub-par at best, mass produced, and aren't worth the money they are asking for. I will probably never buy anything from this company (or any of their numerous sister companies again) Lesson learned😢

GBTheir products are overpriced. Confusing subscription service. Their products are way overpriced. They have 2 websites that they charge you subscriptions for which is misleading. The charges and emails are from Chamonix. I went to that website thinking I had no subscriptions and then they charged me $158 for a whole package that I do not want. They said I had a subscription on the Genucel website. I only bought it to try it the first time because Chicks on the Right raved about how great it is, but after using it for several months, I see no significant difference in my skin and do not want to keep paying these high prices for something that is mediocre at best. Who can afford $158 on skincare alone every month and that is on discount. They tie you up in these subscriptions and cannot easily get out of it. There are just as good skin cares out there that are much more reasonably priced and all natural like GoPure which I will be going back to. UPDATE: The company is allowing me a refund so I changed the rating from 1 star to 3

GBThe site required me to accept the… The site required me to accept the automatic supply / payment before I’ve even tried anything. Prior experience (other similar format), the second shipment is already in progress before the product has been used and determined if it’s something I want to continue or not. We shall see. Also, there was no option for me to pick one or two items, I had to buy the whole package. If others options were available, your website was not clear.

GBHello Hello, I received my order,December 21st, it was quick delivery service 😀, I haven't tried it yet, can't wait!! I ordered this product because I trust everything Dan Bongino said about the product. So finally ordered it, I'm a big fan of his whole family 👪, I joined Rumble and October 28th I joined His Locals page, and am a paid subscriber. If it hadn't been for Dan's Promo, I probably would still be hmhawing around about ordering your products!! Dan's a great guy and deserves the best.. Cumulus is giving the unvaccinated employees a hard time, and Dan's fighting very hard for they're jobs.. He needs moral support other than ours, please stand behind him..

GBKyanna, CSR = Excellent; Chamonix Marketing = Not So Much. Kyanna is a very professional Customer Service Representative for Chamonix. She understood my issue and immediately set about solving my problem. Kyanna provides confidence that allows me to believe she followed through on my request. You should give Kyanna a raise. Your marketing focus leaves customers with very limited options. It would be great if we want a specific item on reorder, then we can actually order that specific item and not constantly be forced to accept all your other crap at entirely too exorbitantly high pricing. Just make sure you don't punish Kyanna because I choose to tell the truth about Chamonix’s marketing ... ahem ... strategies. And you have a real nice day, too. Stay Safe. Godspeed.
