Bongino's comments convinced me to try anyway. Turned out his "code" no longer valid, but you have a sale going, so that helps. Seriously doubt I'll be able to afford full price, but still looking forward to trying your product. The online experience was easy and the customer service chat window came in handy. I asked what was recommended for forehead wrinkles and quickly the representative told me the Deep Firming Serum, which was one of the free gift options. I found the rep to be knowledgeable and speedy with responses, which I really appreciated. In a few weeks, I hope to give another 5-star review on the products.

Kyanna, CSR = Excellent; Chamonix Marketing = Not So Much. Kyanna is a very professional Customer Service Representative for Chamonix. She understood my issue and immediately set about solving my problem. Kyanna provides confidence that allows me to believe she followed through on my request. You should give Kyanna a raise. Your marketing focus leaves customers with very limited options. It would be great if we want a specific item on reorder, then we can actually order that specific item and not constantly be forced to accept all your other crap at entirely too exorbitantly high pricing. Just make sure you don't punish Kyanna because I choose to tell the truth about Chamonix’s marketing ... ahem ... strategies. And you have a real nice day, too. Stay Safe. Godspeed.
