The kit was very easy with the detailed… The kit was very easy with the detailed directions. I did have an issue registering my kit online, but their customer support quickly solved my problem. Would no doubt recommend to others!

Seems to be a lot of people have… Seems to be a lot of people have trouble registering their kits, and I did as well. I was assisted promptly by customer service, but if this is a common occurrence the company should look for a permanent resolution to keep these things from happening. Still waiting on my results and it’s been several days.

Online help for unregistered kit Purchased a test kit (3 months ago) at Walgreens that the clerk failed to activate. Mel walked me through finding my e-receipt and registered the kit remotely for me.

Great customer service … I received a cortisol test—the original tubes were flawed—they could not process the samples that leaked. They corrected the issue by sending a new kit without charge. The representative was kind and quick to solve the issue.

Help with a 2nd test I gave the Lab 6 stars because Mel helped figure out why my registration would not go forward. I had a second test sent to me after the first one did not have enough blood to test-my fault!. I think your system didn't like that I had another test to register and would not let me use my email to register the 2nd test. Mel got it all worked out! Can't wait for the result. Mel was very kind and understanding.
