Ordering simple, testing even easier! Ordering was nice and quick. Process was easy and straight to the point. Great customer service … I received a cortisol test—the original tubes were flawed—they could not process the samples that leaked. They corrected the issue by sending a new kit without charge. The representative was kind and quick to solve the issue.

Adrenal Stress Test This test measures both DHEA and Cortisol (4x throughout the day). It was needed to determine the main cause of low Free T4 and low Free T3 before determining a proper thyroid treatment. It is accurate, straight forward and comes with a clear explanation, as well as normal reference ranges. The test directions were clear, the online assistance was helpful and follow-up customer service was great. I will certainly use them again.
