GBOnline help for unregistered kit Purchased a test kit (3 months ago) at Walgreens that the clerk failed to activate. Mel walked me through finding my e-receipt and registered the kit remotely for me.

GBEmpowering way to self serve with your health I’m so grateful companies like this exist to help self-serve. There can be such a stigma attached to testing for certain things (and the pain of insurance, scheduling, etc.), and MyLAB Box was so easy. I had to reach out with a clarification and a tracking issue, and it was easy to get help, too.

GBSeems to be a lot of people have… Seems to be a lot of people have trouble registering their kits, and I did as well. I was assisted promptly by customer service, but if this is a common occurrence the company should look for a permanent resolution to keep these things from happening. Still waiting on my results and it’s been several days.
