Very disappointed I'm very disappointed to hear that after receiving one of the items I ordered and found that it wasn't what I expected and needed to send back, I am being charged a 15% and pay for the return shipping. Had I known before the order was placed and since I am not able to see the item live, I wouldn't have ordered it. So, therefore, I won't be ordering from your company for the simple fear if it isn't right, I'm charged!

The wait is ridiculous! Easy to order but hard to get what you have already ordered and paid for. This company promises to send your equipment/ order when you sign their senseless documents and send payment, but here I am a week later and my order is just sitting there. It's already been processed and they have it ready to ship but just seem to have a trouble getting UPS to pick it up. Don't waste your time especially if you're working with a deadline, they can't meet that expectation.

so far so good received combination mag light/steamer. upon opening package, there was visible signs of rust on several of the pieces. I immediately contacted customer service. I was instructed to take a picture and email it for their review. I followed up a few hours later and was told FedEx would pick up the defective equipment and a replacement would be on its way.

Easy Prompt AND friendly service Once I saw the great selection on Skin Act's site,..I knew I would find what I was looking for. Then I was concerned about the shipping out of USA to Canada. The Customer Service/Order department was great to deal with - very knowledgeable and worked with my Customs account to make the shipping care free. I received my Esthetics chair quickly (within a WEEK) and we love the quality! I WILL be purchasing from Skin Act again!
