They are very conscientious about communicating exactly when the product is being shipped and where it is enroute to finally arriving in my office, which only took about 4 days. GBI've ordered from them a few times and I'll continue to do so again. I ordered from another company out of Sacramento and they didn't stand behind their cheap, made in China products. An employee at that Sacramento company used my credit card info to order pizza and had it delivered to their home. Lol Decided it was time to find a new company so I used spa and equipment that I found on the internet. I've ordered a few times and only had a problem with one thing but they fixed it immediately. Ed went above and beyond to satisfy this customer. I will continue to do business with this company because of him!!!

GBI made a purchase with Spa and… I made a purchase with Spa and equipment and part of the device I purchased broke! I called the company and they asked for a pics of the broken pieces! Very shortly after that I had brand new piece send to me without questions asked! The lady that was helping me was Yolanda Melena. She was so professional and kind and I wish everybody in skin care industry and mostly customer service was as efficient as this wonderful employee of SPA and EQUIPMENT. Excellent job and many many thanks!

GBIf I could give 100 stars If I could give 100 stars, I would..Jeanette Vargas was the representative that took care of me. She is a true professional what she does now only at supplying the knee that I had but they care that she does while doing the job. I wish every employer had an employee like this truly an honor.

CAEasy Prompt AND friendly service Once I saw the great selection on Skin Act's site,..I knew I would find what I was looking for. Then I was concerned about the shipping out of USA to Canada. The Customer Service/Order department was great to deal with - very knowledgeable and worked with my Customs account to make the shipping care free. I received my Esthetics chair quickly (within a WEEK) and we love the quality! I WILL be purchasing from Skin Act again!
