Couldn't have been better!!! Dealing with Spa and Equipment was the easiest and most pleasant transaction I have to date with an online retailer. Calling them directly to answer a few questions was actually getting a real person, not a "hired" customer service operator to read from a script. They helped me arrange shipping and get the most value for my money spent. They answered all my questions and suggested more efficient ways to process the order, which save me money!! That is customer service at its best!

LOW QUALITY Facial Steamer and Non-existent customer service I purchased the Euro Facial Steamer and was surprised to find that it had a LOUD ticking timer for the steam (that is not listed as so on their website). When I contacted customer support regarding this issue, Ryan's response was, "Surprisingly, I talk to a lot of people who don't mind it! You are welcome to ship it back to us (another $50) and we can sell you the Digital Euro Facial Steamer ($329 + another $50 in shipping). We'll even waive the 15% restocking fee!" Nope, no thank you!! Never again buying from this sham of a company who purposefully leave out info in their descriptions and have NO idea how to design spa products. I'll give away this ticking time-bomb before I ever spend another penny here.

I've ordered from them a few times and I'll continue to do so again. I ordered from another company out of Sacramento and they didn't stand behind their cheap, made in China products. An employee at that Sacramento company used my credit card info to order pizza and had it delivered to their home. Lol Decided it was time to find a new company so I used spa and equipment that I found on the internet. I've ordered a few times and only had a problem with one thing but they fixed it immediately. Ed went above and beyond to satisfy this customer. I will continue to do business with this company because of him!!!

Unexpected Delivery of a bulky item When placing the order I was assured the shipping company would have got in touch to give me a delivery window. Instead, Spaandequipment didn't send me any email with any tracking number, nor the shipping company got in touch at any moment. Final result, I got a phone call like: your 200 lbs item is here RIGHT NOW on the sidewalk: come and move it. Awful after sale follow up (so far).

Great Service, Icredibly Fast Delivery! Ordered an 11 function facial machine. Confirmed order on a Saturday and received the machine on following Tuesday. I am located in Missouri and, best that I can tell, shipment originated in Southern Calif. Super surprised. Machine seems to be exactly what we expected. Very pleased! Will purchase from this company again.
