Couldn't have been better!!! Dealing with Spa and Equipment was the easiest and most pleasant transaction I have to date with an online retailer. Calling them directly to answer a few questions was actually getting a real person, not a "hired" customer service operator to read from a script. They helped me arrange shipping and get the most value for my money spent. They answered all my questions and suggested more efficient ways to process the order, which save me money!! That is customer service at its best!

Easy Prompt AND friendly service Once I saw the great selection on Skin Act's site,..I knew I would find what I was looking for. Then I was concerned about the shipping out of USA to Canada. The Customer Service/Order department was great to deal with - very knowledgeable and worked with my Customs account to make the shipping care free. I received my Esthetics chair quickly (within a WEEK) and we love the quality! I WILL be purchasing from Skin Act again!

Unexpected Delivery of a bulky item When placing the order I was assured the shipping company would have got in touch to give me a delivery window. Instead, Spaandequipment didn't send me any email with any tracking number, nor the shipping company got in touch at any moment. Final result, I got a phone call like: your 200 lbs item is here RIGHT NOW on the sidewalk: come and move it. Awful after sale follow up (so far).

Their quality of the products are always great, the prices are very reasonable and cheaper than any where else and their customer service team is so knowledgeable and nice. Excellent service, twice in a row. Twice I have ordered a table from Spa and Equipment and both times I received excellent service. They are very conscientious about communicating exactly when the product is being shipped and where it is enroute to finally arriving in my office, which only took about 4 days.
