Unexpected Delivery of a bulky item When placing the order I was assured the shipping company would have got in touch to give me a delivery window. Instead, Spaandequipment didn't send me any email with any tracking number, nor the shipping company got in touch at any moment. Final result, I got a phone call like: your 200 lbs item is here RIGHT NOW on the sidewalk: come and move it. Awful after sale follow up (so far).

I made a purchase with Spa and… I made a purchase with Spa and equipment and part of the device I purchased broke! I called the company and they asked for a pics of the broken pieces! Very shortly after that I had brand new piece send to me without questions asked! The lady that was helping me was Yolanda Melena. Great Service, Icredibly Fast Delivery! Ordered an 11 function facial machine. Confirmed order on a Saturday and received the machine on following Tuesday. I am located in Missouri and, best that I can tell, shipment originated in Southern Calif. Super surprised. Machine seems to be exactly what we expected. Very pleased!
