Great Customer Service… I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from the Frenchie Shop. I ordered a harness based on size guidelines but it did not fit. I emailed customer service and they promptly responded. They also felt I ordered the right size but sent me a smaller size to try. Ariel was the customer service agent that helped me. She did a Great Job and I really appreciate everything that was done. I had ordered from the Frenchie Shop before and will continue to do so based on this experience! Thankyou!

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service! I ordered several items and they did not fit my Frenchie. I reached out to send back for replacement and the customer service team took care of the rest. They even asked for the measurements so they could help size my pup and put her in the best looking outfits. The quality of the items that were delivered were great. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

Winter paw footwear! Great choice of apparels and paw wear for frenchies! We ordered winter booths, it took a long time to receive but the problem was Chinese New Year holiday. When we received the product we found that they were too big. We had followed the measuring instruction but should have been more accurate... We contacted Frenchie shop and they were very responsive in dispatching a smaller size at no extra cost! Thank you Frenchie.shop for your attention and excellent customer service!
