I bought a pair of French Bulldog boots… I bought a pair of French Bulldog boots and they sent the correct size, but It is too small. so, want to exchange the bigger size. However, I received a quick response saying they would send a different new pair of boots, and they even offered it for free. I'm so grateful and amazed. Now I've become a customer who trusts the French shop.

Winter paw footwear! Great choice of apparels and paw wear for frenchies! We ordered winter booths, it took a long time to receive but the problem was Chinese New Year holiday. When we received the product we found that they were too big. We had followed the measuring instruction but should have been more accurate...
