USAmazing customer service Amazing customer service! I ordered several items and they did not fit my Frenchie. I reached out to send back for replacement and the customer service team took care of the rest. They even asked for the measurements so they could help size my pup and put her in the best looking outfits. The quality of the items that were delivered were great. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

USWaterproof jacket I really loved the snowsuit for the frenchies, but unfortunately their largest size did not fit my little guy. Customer service was accommodating in helping me find a different item for a one time free of charge exchange. Although I didn't get the item I wanted for my frenchie, I was happy with the timely customer service resolution.

USI ordered the wrong size for Gizmo I ordered the wrong size for Gizmo. I contacted customer service and received a prompted notification and response from Sherif, who advised me that a replacement of the correct size will be shipped soon after. Hip Hip hooray, Gizmo's ears will be protected and I won't have to dry off a soggy puppy. He loves the rain!!!

USI really didn't like the idea of paying… I really didn't like the idea of paying for a product and it didn't fit, and only getting a fraction of my money returned. I think they should just return the money you spent on that item, not replacing it with another item that is less than what you originally paid. I will be rethinking buying from the Frenchie shop again. I feel bad, but I don't like their return policy.

USFrenchie Robot I ordered the Frenchie Robot in October for a Christmas gift. I gave it on Christmas. Upon opening the original box and activated the robot, it did not work. Customer Service refused to send another or refund because of their 14 day return policy. I respect the policy, however, I have never heard of a policy like that for Christmas gifts. Just out the money and the toy.
