GBI really didn't like the idea of paying… I really didn't like the idea of paying for a product and it didn't fit, and only getting a fraction of my money returned. I think they should just return the money you spent on that item, not replacing it with another item that is less than what you originally paid. I will be rethinking buying from the Frenchie shop again. I feel bad, but I don't like their return policy.

GBWaterproof jacket I really loved the snowsuit for the frenchies, but unfortunately their largest size did not fit my little guy. Customer service was accommodating in helping me find a different item for a one time free of charge exchange. Although I didn't get the item I wanted for my frenchie, I was happy with the timely customer service resolution.

GBFrenchie Robot I ordered the Frenchie Robot in October for a Christmas gift. I gave it on Christmas. Upon opening the original box and activated the robot, it did not work. Customer Service refused to send another or refund because of their 14 day return policy. I respect the policy, however, I have never heard of a policy like that for Christmas gifts. Just out the money and the toy.
