Frenchie Robot I ordered the Frenchie Robot in October for a Christmas gift. I gave it on Christmas. Upon opening the original box and activated the robot, it did not work. Customer Service refused to send another or refund because of their 14 day return policy. I respect the policy, however, I have never heard of a policy like that for Christmas gifts. Just out the money and the toy.

I ordered the wrong size for Gizmo I ordered the wrong size for Gizmo. I contacted customer service and received a prompted notification and response from Sherif, who advised me that a replacement of the correct size will be shipped soon after. Hip Hip hooray, Gizmo's ears will be protected and I won't have to dry off a soggy puppy. He loves the rain!!!
