GBFrenchie Robot I ordered the Frenchie Robot in October for a Christmas gift. I gave it on Christmas. Upon opening the original box and activated the robot, it did not work. Customer Service refused to send another or refund because of their 14 day return policy. I respect the policy, however, I have never heard of a policy like that for Christmas gifts. Just out the money and the toy.

ALI have been using Frenchie Shop for… I have been using Frenchie Shop for quite a few years and they are Absolutely outstanding in customer service! 5 stars hands down, if I could give 10 I would! Very quick with responses and answering emails. Even offered to mail a FREE product replacement free of charge to EU. Cannot ask for more. Thank you soo much for your kindness and looking after our fur babies...

GBSatisfied Customer Great customer support. I purchased a harness and leash set; however, upon arrival, it was too big. I reached out regarding an exchange, and they offered a free replacement of a smaller size. Very satisfied.

GBI ordered the wrong size for Gizmo I ordered the wrong size for Gizmo. I contacted customer service and received a prompted notification and response from Sherif, who advised me that a replacement of the correct size will be shipped soon after. Hip Hip hooray, Gizmo's ears will be protected and I won't have to dry off a soggy puppy. He loves the rain!!!
