Great Customer Service… I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from the Frenchie Shop. I ordered a harness based on size guidelines but it did not fit. I emailed customer service and they promptly responded. They also felt I ordered the right size but sent me a smaller size to try. Ariel was the customer service agent that helped me. She did a Great Job and I really appreciate everything that was done. I had ordered from the Frenchie Shop before and will continue to do so based on this experience! Thankyou!

Great customer support Great customer support. We ordered a backpack which upon receiving was unfortunately small. I reached out for a refund, and was offered a new bag instead without needing to send the old one back. The new bag came fine and worked perfectly. Thank you!

Winter paw footwear! Great choice of apparels and paw wear for frenchies! We ordered winter booths, it took a long time to receive but the problem was Chinese New Year holiday. When we received the product we found that they were too big. We had followed the measuring instruction but should have been more accurate... We contacted Frenchie shop and they were very responsive in dispatching a smaller size at no extra cost! Thank you Frenchie.shop for your attention and excellent customer service!
