GBI ordered the wrong size for Gizmo I ordered the wrong size for Gizmo. I contacted customer service and received a prompted notification and response from Sherif, who advised me that a replacement of the correct size will be shipped soon after. Hip Hip hooray, Gizmo's ears will be protected and I won't have to dry off a soggy puppy. He loves the rain!!!

CAoutstanding customer service Frenchie shop is an outstanding company. I got some stuff for my puppy and they came too small. The customer service is very polite and accommodating. They communicated with me and told me what to do. They also responded very quickly. I'm so satisfied with them, I'm definitely shopping from them and recommending them to all my friends and family.
