What an amazing company!!! What an amazing company!!!! My Frenchie is very broad chested and a large would not fit him. I asked to exchange my products and the company graciously asked me to measure him, sent a diagram and is sending me a free replacement. I will shop with them forever! 👏👏👏👏👏👏

I ordered the wrong size for Gizmo I ordered the wrong size for Gizmo. I contacted customer service and received a prompted notification and response from Sherif, who advised me that a replacement of the correct size will be shipped soon after. Hip Hip hooray, Gizmo's ears will be protected and I won't have to dry off a soggy puppy. He loves the rain!!!
