Waterproof jacket I really loved the snowsuit for the frenchies, but unfortunately their largest size did not fit my little guy. Customer service was accommodating in helping me find a different item for a one time free of charge exchange. Although I didn't get the item I wanted for my frenchie, I was happy with the timely customer service resolution.
