Great Product Line! So far, I love your site and product line. My opinion might change if you wind up charging me more for shipping than people who live in the contiguous United States. I live in HI, but we have zip codes, and it doesnʻt cost any more to ship to us that other states. Iʻm currently waiting to see what youʻre going to charge me for a $31 order of three, very light weight items. Even your standard shipping seemed a bit exorbitant to me, but I would be willing to pay it, as long as itʻs not more than shipping to anywhere else in the US. great site, easy to navigate The pictures & descriptions of the products are excellent. Love that as a professional we have pro pricing & a great amount of industry options. The only thing I was not pleased with was the shipping price. It goes by the amount spent on products - however, my products were small in size & I know that they could not cost almost $19 to ship. I understand that there are certain considerations built into those prices, however, that is still steep. Overall, I was very pleased with the variety of products, brands, & educational material available at this site. I was also happy with the ease of use of the site.

Surprising lack of customer service Waited two business days for a quote to confirm shipping costs. Called to check on progress - nothing. The rep kept telling me how wrong I was in my understanding, cutting me off. Finally I asked her to cancel the order. No problem there except they can’t confirm cancellation because the order is ‘wiped out’. Disappointing experience.
