Everything on the site was easy to understand and my order was completed very quickly and in a timely manner!

Soft rollers The short videos that explained the difference between the different types of rollers were very helpful. A good idea to offer a book that demonstrates exercises for users new to rollers. I ordered the book along with the soft roller.

Surprising lack of customer service Waited two business days for a quote to confirm shipping costs. Called to check on progress - nothing. The rep kept telling me how wrong I was in my understanding, cutting me off. Finally I asked her to cancel the order. No problem there except they can’t confirm cancellation because the order is ‘wiped out’. Disappointing experience.

Very Satisfied with the site and quality of the products The site is laid out very well. Products are of professional quality and the video's are very helpful and informative. I've been purchasing items on your site for a long time and never had any problems with ordering or receiving my order. One think you could do better on is the shipping costs. It's some times a deal breaker.

Excessive shipping costs My only objection is the exorbidant shipping costs for the two lightweight items I ordered totalling $36. The shipping was $15 and your policy of determining shipping costs on the total price of the order will discourage many people from ordering items that happen to be less expensive. It ultimately raises the price point of the item itself to be non-competitive with other vendors. And on top of it all, the shipping is just regular UPS ground, rather than a more expedited two or three day. Not a great value.
