USVery Satisfied with the site and quality of the products The site is laid out very well. Products are of professional quality and the video's are very helpful and informative. I've been purchasing items on your site for a long time and never had any problems with ordering or receiving my order. One think you could do better on is the shipping costs. It's some times a deal breaker.

USGreat Product Line! So far, I love your site and product line. My opinion might change if you wind up charging me more for shipping than people who live in the contiguous United States. I live in HI, but we have zip codes, and it doesnʻt cost any more to ship to us that other states. Iʻm currently waiting to see what youʻre going to charge me for a $31 order of three, very light weight items. Even your standard shipping seemed a bit exorbitant to me, but I would be willing to pay it, as long as itʻs not more than shipping to anywhere else in the US. USAltered review (to the positive) of OPTP No notice of shipping from USPS, so I had written a poor review through Trustpilot..I did get a response within 5 minutes with a phone number to call...which I did, and the issue was resolved promptly by OPTP representative. Therefore I altered my review of OPTP. Thank You OPTP for your prompt attention once I called.

USProblems with signing it Problems with signing it. Despite ‘forgetting’ my password. And trying to use a temporary one- also not successful, I was able to make my order. I must have misunderstood shipping I thought the only option was UPS, however I must have accidentally selected USPS which I preferred. The products are first rate. This is the place to go if you are serious about exercise, rehab, etc

CASurprising lack of customer service Waited two business days for a quote to confirm shipping costs. Called to check on progress - nothing. The rep kept telling me how wrong I was in my understanding, cutting me off. Finally I asked her to cancel the order. No problem there except they can’t confirm cancellation because the order is ‘wiped out’. Disappointing experience.
