Very Satisfied with the site and quality of the products The site is laid out very well. Products are of professional quality and the video's are very helpful and informative. I've been purchasing items on your site for a long time and never had any problems with ordering or receiving my order. One think you could do better on is the shipping costs. It's some times a deal breaker.

Surprising lack of customer service Waited two business days for a quote to confirm shipping costs. Called to check on progress - nothing. The rep kept telling me how wrong I was in my understanding, cutting me off. Finally I asked her to cancel the order. No problem there except they can’t confirm cancellation because the order is ‘wiped out’. Disappointing experience.

Love the ease of navigating the site… Love the ease of navigating the site and the professional discount. Hate the shipping charges. If I forgot to order something for my clinic, the shipping charges dissuade me from ordering again and I usually find an alternative at a different site. Perhaps looking at free shipping over a certain dollar amount would encourage people to: -order more products to meet the threshold -order more frequently
